Energy & stamina
Days that feel harder to get through, or energy that fades well before evening.
Men's Health · Grand Forks, ND & Telehealth in ND / MN
A 45-minute consultation with a board-certified nurse practitioner to review hormone lab results, talk through health history, and walk through options with clear information on benefits, risks, and monitoring.
Why men book a visit
Many men book a consultation when something has shifted and they want to understand why. The visit is about getting accurate information, not a quick prescription.
Days that feel harder to get through, or energy that fades well before evening.
Restless nights or slower recovery, which can be connected to many different factors.
Changes in muscle, strength, or where weight is carried over time.
Feeling less sharp, less patient, or less like yourself than you used to.
Results already in hand from another provider and you want them explained clearly.
Already in care elsewhere and looking for a local provider with consistent follow-up.
Symptoms alone don't confirm anything. Sleep, stress, thyroid function, weight, alcohol, and medications can all play a role. That's why every evaluation is based on early-morning blood tests on more than one day, reviewed alongside your full health history.
How it works
Call our front desk. Labs can be drawn at a facility of your choice.
Hormone levels are highest in the morning, so timing matters for accurate results.
Share your medications and health conditions so your visit is focused and thorough.
Results explained, history discussed, options weighed, and a plan if you proceed.
Pick the option that fits and we'll route you to the right booking.
Inside your 45 minutes
No rushed visits and no one-size-fits-all answers. You leave understanding your numbers and what each option involves.
What's in range, what's out of range, and what that may or may not mean.
Sleep, medications, other conditions, and family plans are all part of the picture.
Including lifestyle factors, further testing, and treatment when clinically appropriate.
Clear next steps, a monitoring schedule, and a provider who stays involved.
Safety first
Hormone treatment isn't right for everyone. These topics are reviewed before any decision is made, and tracked throughout care.
Treatment can lower sperm production. Family plans are discussed before anything starts.
Red blood cell levels can rise, so they're checked with repeat labs.
Untreated sleep apnea may worsen, so sleep health is screened and discussed.
Blood pressure and cardiovascular health are monitored throughout care.
Baseline labs and a clear, written plan.
Labs closer together while everything settles, usually over 2 to 4 months.
Follow-ups every 8 to 24 weeks, with labs every 3 to 6 months.
Not everyone is a candidate. Treatment is generally not appropriate for men who have or are being evaluated for prostate or breast cancer, have untreated severe sleep apnea, uncontrolled heart failure, a very high red blood cell count, or are actively trying to conceive. Your provider reviews this with you.
